Job summary

Easton Select Group in Edgartown, MA is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team, performing residential and commercial pool maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, and equipment diagnostics and repairs.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of pool chemistry, pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems, plus strong customer service and communication skills. We provide a company vehicle or transport between sites, ongoing training, and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous professional pool service, maintenance, or repair experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, circulation, filtration, and sanitation.
• Experience with pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose pool equipment and recommend repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and debris removal.
• Test pool water and balance chemicals.
• Complete residential and commercial pool openings and closings.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot pool equipment and operating systems.
• Service and repair pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment.
• Communicate repair recommendations and pool-care guidance to customers.
