Job summary

Easton Select Group is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on residential and commercial pool maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and service-related work.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, water testing, equipment inspections, and clear communication of findings to clients. A strong commitment to safety, organization, and dependable service is required for daily scheduling across

Qualifications

• Previous professional pool service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, circulation, filtration, and sanitation.
• Experience with pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose pool equipment and recommend repairs.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and debris removal.
• Test pool water and accurately balance chemicals.
• Complete residential and commercial pool openings and closings.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot pool equipment and operating systems.
• Service and repair pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, sanitization systems, and related equipment.
• Identify plumbing, electrical, circulation, filtration, and water-quality issues.
• Replace or install pool equipment and components as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance to help extend the life of pool equipment.
• Respond to customer service calls and communicate repair recommendations.
• Explain service findings and pool-care recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate service notes, customer records, and documentation.
