Easton Select Group is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in Portland, Maine. The role covers residential and commercial pool maintenance, seasonal openings/closings, and diagnosing equipment across a range of systems.

Ideal candidates have professional pool experience, knowledge of water chemistry, and the ability to communicate repair findings clearly while maintaining safe operations and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional pool service or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, circulation, filtration, and sanitation.
• Ability to diagnose equipment and propose repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning, including debris removal.
• Test water chemistry and balance chemicals accurately.
• Openings and closings for residential and commercial pools.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot pool equipment and systems.
• Service pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Identify plumbing, electrical, and water quality issues.
• Replace or install pool equipment as needed.
• Maintain service notes and customer records.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
• Safely operate vehicles, tools, and pool chemicals.
