Job summary

Easton Select Group is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This role suits a pool professional who takes pride in dependable service and can troubleshoot a wide range of pool systems.

The Pool Service Technician will perform residential and commercial pool maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and other service-related work, with responsibilities varying by experience and location.

Qualifications

• Previous professional pool service, maintenance, or repair experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, circulation, filtration, and sanitation.
• Experience with pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose pool equipment and recommend repairs.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance: cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, debris removal.
• Test pool water and balance chemicals.
• Openings and closings for residential and commercial pools.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot pool equipment and operating systems.
• Service and repair pumps, filters, heaters, automation, sanitation systems.
• Identify plumbing, electrical, circulation, filtration, and water-quality issues.
• Replace or install pool equipment and components as needed.
• Maintain accurate service notes and customer records.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with training apprentices and other technicians.
