Job summary

Easton Select Group is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves residential and commercial pool maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, diagnostics, repairs, and other service work across diverse locations.

The ideal candidate has pool service experience, strong knowledge of water chemistry, pumps, filters, and equipment, and can communicate clearly with customers while maintaining thorough service records. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool maintenance, openings/closings, and diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry, circulation, filtration, and sanitation.
• Ability to diagnose equipment and recommend repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance: cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, debris removal.
• Test water and balance chemicals.
• Open/close residential and commercial pools.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot pool equipment and systems.
• Repair pumps, filters, heaters, automation and sanitization systems.
• Maintain service records and notes.
