Job summary

Easton Select Group is seeking a dependable General Laborer – Pool Maintenance to support our service team in keeping residential and commercial pools clean and operating safely. No prior pool experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.

You will assist Pool Service Technicians with weekly maintenance, equipment handling, and seasonal openings/closings, traveling between sites and maintaining a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn pool maintenance techniques and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to reporting location.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pool Service Technicians with weekly pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Vacuum pools, skim debris, brush pool walls, steps, and tile lines.
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Test and record pool water chemistry.
• Add pool chemicals following safety procedures and technician direction.
• Assist with opening and closing swimming pools for the season.
• Carry and transport equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Load and unload service vehicles each day.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and replacements under technician supervision.
