Job summary
Four Seasons Lana’i Resort is seeking a passionate Server to deliver warm, welcoming dining experiences, guide guests through menu options, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service. The role requires legal US work authorization and flexibility to work seven days a week, including holidays.

- Provide warm, welcoming dining experiences with attentive table service.
- Guide guests through menu selections, offerings, and beverages with confidence.
- Enter orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
- Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and dietary requirements.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas.
- Support opening/closing duties and restaurant readiness.
- Process guest checks and payments accurately.
- Assist with food running and course setup as needed.

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.
The Server delivers a warm and welcoming dining experience by providing attentive table service, menu guidance, and personalized guest care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Guide guests through menu selections, restaurant offerings, specials, and beverage options with confidence and product knowledge.
- Accurately enter orders and special requests into the POS system while coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
- Verify food and beverage orders for accuracy, presentation, and dietary requirements before delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and promptly address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service, maintaining a polished and inviting dining environment.
- Assist with food running, table maintenance, water service, and course setup to support seamless restaurant operations.
- Maintain clean and organized service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house support areas.
- Process guest checks, cash and credit card transactions, and authorized adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Support opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup, breakdown, sanitation, and operational readiness.

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card is required
- Maui Liquor Card preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Hourly Rate: $18
