Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection’s Perch is seeking a Server who greets guests warmly, explains menu items, and delivers attentive service in a fast-paced setting. You will upsell, coordinate with the team, and ensure smooth service throughout shifts in our property.

Ideal candidates are friendly, punctual, and able to memorize menus, maintain professionalism, and handle peak crowds with composure while upholding standards across all guest interactions.

Qualifications

Job description

The Server at Perch is responsible for selling & serving food & beverages using their knowledge, hospitality, and service skills. Must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations, and provide quality service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift equipment, supplies, etc., of at least 30 pounds.

• Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.

• The role may require extended periods on your feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.

• Clear vision is important for reading reports, analyzing data, and overseeing (enter department) activities.

• Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
