Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Pool Attendant to observe and patrol pool areas, enforce safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness around the pool and furniture. This role emphasizes customer service while enforcing pool rules and ensuring guest safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with trash removal, delivering supplies, and reporting safety concerns to management. Candidates should have basic education, good sanitation habits, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned areas are clean and neat as directed by management.
• Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of guests.
• Monitor pool and slide closely throughout shift and identify safety issues.
• Provide excellent Customer Service while consistently enforcing Pool Rules and Procedures.
• Deliver supplies to assigned areas of facility.
• Follow bio-hazard, safety, general procedures.
• Assist housekeeping when needed.
• Pull trash from trash receptacles. Replace trash bags as needed. Clear trash from tables and floors/grounds.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager.
• Turn in Lost & Found items to Front Desk.
