Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant to oversee the pool area, announce safety notices, and ensure equipment is ready for guest use. This hospitality-focused role serves residents by providing information and services.

You will work Sunday to Thursday 8:30am–5pm, assist with setup and breakdown for poolside activities, and report incidents to the manager while maintaining a clean and safe pool environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in Hospitality Industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Reports incidents to the manager.
• Maintains a service-oriented approach.
• Picks up debris and maintains basic cleaning.
• Checks and reports equipment condition for replacement.
