Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Training provided; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of pool safety practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with poolside amenities such as towels, seating, and umbrellas.
• Maintain a clean pool deck and surrounding areas; ensure hazard-free environment.
• Monitor pool area for safety; enforce rules professionally.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate departments.
