Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant to oversee the pool area, make safety announcements, and keep poolside equipment ready for guest use. The role supports residents by providing information and services within a hospitality-focused environment.

The candidate should have hospitality experience, strong communication, and a service-oriented mindset. Flexible hours and weekend availability are required to ensure guest needs are met across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Must be service oriented.
• Picks up debris from the pool and possesses basic cleaning skills.
• Checks sports equipment and reports broken items to the manager.
