Job summary

Poolie is seeking a Pool Renovation Sales Specialist to own the end-to-end quoting and sales process for renovation projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, coordinating with the Renovations Coordinator and Technician to ensure accurate scoping and timely handoffs for execution.

The role requires experience in consultative sales, the ability to clearly explain pricing and value, and travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles that involve preparing, presenting, and closing service quotes.
• Ability to explain pricing, scope, and value to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
• Comfort using technology for documentation and internal communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Renovations Coordinators, Renovations Technicians, and Service/Repair teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quoting and sales process for pool renovation projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers while coordinating with Renovations Coordinator and Technician.
• Present renovation quotes clearly, aligning with customer needs and project scope.
• Follow up on quotes and drive projects to close.
• Collaborate with Renovations Coordinator to align on scheduling and next steps after quote approval.
• Work cross-functionally with Service and Repair teams for clean handoffs and aligned expectations.
