Job summary

Veridian Service Partners seeks a Sales Representative to guide customers from initial contact to project handoff in a defined territory, providing accurate estimates for pool remodels, plaster, tile, and coping. You will build relationships, close deals, and hand off to operations for scheduling while tracking activities in CRM.

The role requires 2+ years in B2C sales (construction/home improvement/pool industry preferred), strong communication skills, the ability to read plans, and a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of B2C sales experience (construction/home improvement/pool industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Comfortable using tablets, estimating tools, and CRM systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.).
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
