Linn-Benton Community College asks for an Art History instructor to join its pool of qualified candidates. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, grading, and maintaining student records across multiple teaching modalities.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Art History or related field with the possibility of a provisional path. Experience with online learning and a commitment to equity are preferred.
Transcripts from institutions outside of the United States must be accompanied by an international credential agency evaluation.

This posting is for a pooled position. Teaches Art History courses. Beyond the required education and experience, instructors must have a passion for what they teach and have teaching styles that support student success. Instructors are responsible for following Division and College procedures in support of teaching and learning.
Prefer recent teaching experience in a community college or university setting. Working knowledge of computer software and Learning Management Systems. Experience with different modalities of instruction, including synchronous and asynchronous online learning. Expertise or experience in teaching from a social justice perspective.
