Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician III to lead a small team of pool technicians and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain pool facility systems, ensure safety, and provide reliable maintenance for electrical and plumbing functions across the property.

Qualified candidates will have CPO certification, strong customer service skills, and a proven ability to supervise a team while upholding hospitality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be CPO certified.
• Experience directing a small team of pool technicians.
• Exceptional customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to maintain electrical and plumbing systems in pool facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool facility systems—electrical and plumbing.
• Monitor and repair pool systems for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, electrical fixtures, switches and sockets; address hazards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on units, common areas and grounds.
