The role requires working outdoors in all weather, performing lawn care, pool upkeep, and building maintenance as directed by leadership. A Servants' heart and flexible schedule are essential for this team-oriented ministry.

Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule.
• Good health and stamina for long hours and lifting outdoors.
• Driver's license and ability to operate grounds equipment comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Dunes Harbor policies and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Interact professionally with staff and guests while serving.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain grounds.
• Perform lawn care tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, etc.
• Care for pool facility and upkeep of buildings and units as assigned.
• Follow directions from Maintenance Supervisor and Lead.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy. By working with excellence to fulfill all the various tasks and responsibilities of a maintenance team member. This person must be diligent in their work and able to interact with staff and guests in a professional manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and uphold the policies and procedures of Dunes Harbor as pertaining to themselves and guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work space in the maintenance building.
• Be prepared to work outdoors in whatever weather conditions are present.
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, etc
• Aid in the care and upkeep of the pool facility
• Aid in the care and upkeep of all buildings and Renal units
• Perform all tasks and duties as assigned by the Maintenance/ Security Manager and or Maintenance Lead

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• To serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in regard to care and cleanliness of all Dunes Harbor. facilities and grounds and equipment.
• Display a Christ like attitude to staff and guests recognizing that our work is to serve God and not just people.
• Understand Grace Adventure's ministry and be supportive of its goals.
• Serve guests and campground staff as needed.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum age: 16
• Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Have a Servants' heart
• Display a good work ethic
• Strong attention to detail

• Strong Desire to be part of a team
• Willing to have a flexible schedule (work evenings and weekends)
• Good health and stamina are required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
• Must have a driver's license and have a comfort level with operating grounds machinery and equipment
