Job summary

Grace Adventures is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to maintain cleanliness across campground facilities and guest accommodations. You will support the ministry by providing exceptional guest care and upholding the organization's standards in a hands-on housekeeping role.

The position requires flexible scheduling, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and with others, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 14.
• Must have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Servant's heart and God-honoring excellence.
• Demonstrates good work ethic and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; flexible schedule.
• Good health and stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning standards for all campus facilities and buildings
• Monitor and maintain accommodations supplies - report back to Team Lead/ Zone Manager
• Keep laundry facilities clean and organized
• Keep cleaning closets clean, organized and restocked
• Prompt and thorough reporting of maintenance issues and requests
• Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
• Obey all policies and rules
• All other duties as assigned
• To serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in regard to care and cleanliness of all Dunes Harbor facilities
• Understand Grace Adventure’s ministry and be supportive of its goals
• Serve campground staff as needed

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence throughout campground facilities. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleaning standards for all campus facilities and buildings

• Good health and stamina is required to implement routine cleaning. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
