Grace Adventures seeks a friendly, detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain campus facilities and guest areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for campers.

You will work under the Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director and Housekeeping Supervisor, upholding a ministry-driven standard of excellence and serving guests with a servant heart. This role involves long hours and physical work, including lifting, with teamwork and faith-based service emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Servant heart and godly lifestyle.
• Strong attention to detail and good health.
• Self-motivated with a supportive attitude toward staff and guests.
• Ability to supervise and direct staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning standards for all campus facilities and buildings (refer to building checklist for details).
• Help organize and implement daily planning of cleaning assignments and projects.
• Monitor and maintain accommodations supplies - report to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Keep laundry facilities clean and organized.
• Keep cleaning closets clean, organized and restocked.
• Prompt and thorough reporting of maintenance issues and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by the Campground Management.
• To serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in care and cleanliness of all Dunes Harbor facilities.
• Understand Grace Adventures’ ministry and be supportive of its goals.
• Serve campground staff as needed.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence throughout campground facilities. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleaning standards for all campus facilities and buildings (refer to building checklist for further details)
• Help Organize and Implement daily planning of cleaning assignments and projects
