Job summary

Taleo in Wichita, KS, is seeking a dedicated grounds and facilities porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the property. You will perform routine cleanup, landscape tasks, and assist with building maintenance under the Property Manager's guidance.

The role requires reliable communication, ability to follow written and oral instructions, and the stamina to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. We offer competitive pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, service requests, and converse professionally.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas and grounds clean and presentable.
• Dispose of trash on property grounds and in laundry areas two times daily or as needed.
• Clean exterior areas, sweep sidewalks, and maintain pool/deck areas daily.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and tagging notices to residents as needed.
• Shampoo carpets and perform routine groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
• Repair and maintain exterior lights, fences, and other property features.
