Job summary

Case & Associates in Norman, OK is seeking a Property Porter responsible for keeping common areas and grounds clean and well-maintained. The role includes trash removal, landscaping, pool and Jacuzzi maintenance, and assisting the Property Manager with notices and light repairs.

Qualifications include fluent English, ability to read and write instructions, and successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen. This is a full-time on-site position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds.
• Dispose of trash from property grounds, laundry rooms, and vacant units as needed.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain dumpster areas; clean exterior A/C units.
• Manage landscaping tasks including planting, weeding, and water flowers.
• Water and weed flowerbeds, move sprinkler hoses and maintain lawns.
• Shampoo all carpets and clean pool deck and furniture daily.
• Assist Property Manager with notices, lighting maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Complete weekend porter checklist and report to Property Manager.
• Assist with snow removal and ice-melt during inclement weather
