Coastal Pools in Maryland is seeking a Design Consultant to sell and design custom pools for Anne Arundel County clients. This full-time role offers a base salary of $40,000 plus commission, with training pay provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday, located near the Bay Bridge and Annapolis.

The candidate will engage with clients, create pool designs, prepare quotes, and coordinate with construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Opportunities for relocation and growth are available.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales/design in the pool industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of pool design, pool construction methods, equipment, and maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to pool construction.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand pool needs and present options.
• Create 2D/3D renderings using design software.
• Prepare accurate quotes and tailored proposals for clients.
• Lead management: follow up with prospects and maintain records.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and production teams for seamless designs.
