The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking an energetic Pool Attendant to create a clean, welcoming, and safe pool environment for guests and members. You'll help guests with chairs, towels, and pool area needs while maintaining presentation standards and coordinating with other departments for a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or guest service background, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working outdoors in a lively, sunny setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, pool, resort, or guest service preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members with warm hospitality at the pool area.
• Assist with locating and setting up pool chairs and seating.
• Provide fresh towels and replenish them throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and dock areas.
• Monitor pool amenities and report issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Pool Leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Enforce pool policies in a professional, guest-friendly manner.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily safety checks.
