Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk floors at the start and end of shift to collect bags and trash.
• Deliver towels, linen and guest amenities on request.
• Assist room attendants and perform duties when needed.
• Clean public areas per SOP and restock supplies.
