Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services in Marble Falls, TX, seeks a dedicated Pool Cleaner to service Marble Falls and surrounding areas. You will receive training pay while you learn and have the opportunity to grow toward certification as a Pool Operator (CPO).

The role involves cleaning and balancing pool chemistry, communicating with supervisors and customers, and handling 8–12 pools per day in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial pool cleaning experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to application.
• Willingness to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Proficiency with electronic communication and devices.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods in extreme temperatures.
• Able to manage a workload of 8–12 pools per day.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors, balance chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a professional attitude and foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Pool Cleaner!

First-year Potential: $40k - $50k based on performance

Training Pay: ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: M - F (occasional Saturday* & Sunday*)

Hours: start to finish job, so depends on last job completed

Please note that you will be servicing Marble Falls and surrounding areas. Residing within that radius would be necessary.

What You'll Bring:
