ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, TX seeks a Pool Cleaner to perform high-quality pool and spa maintenance and deliver excellent customer service. Training pay offered and opportunities for advancement, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include handling debris removal, chemical balancing, and equipment upkeep while communicating with supervisors and customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
• Willingness and ability to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Proficiency with electronic communication and various devices.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, even in extreme temperatures.
• Comfortable and able to manage a workload of 8 - 12 pools per day.

• Remove debris from pool surfaces and balance chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Always maintain a professional attitude, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

First-year Potential: $35k - $45k based on performance

• Training Pay: ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule: M - F (occasional Saturday)
• Hours: start to finish job, so depends on last job completed

Please note that you will be servicing College Station and surrounding areas. Residing within that radius would be necessary.
