Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Pool Cleaner to service clients in Austin, TX, delivering high-quality pool and spa maintenance with professionalism and strong customer service.

You can earn a first-year total of $35k–$45k based on performance, plus training pay of $17–$20 per hour depending on experience. The role involves servicing College Station and surrounding areas, with an expectation to handle 8–12 pools per day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with 5+ years of issuance date prior to application.
• Prefer 6+ months of residential or commercial pool cleaning experience.
• Willingness to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Proficient with electronic communication and devices.
• Capable of indoor/outdoor work for extended periods and extremes.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from pool surfaces and maintain water balance.
• Communicate with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRS, and customers to deliver service.
• Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Please note that you will be servicing College Station and surrounding areas. Residing within that radius would be necessary.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
• To apply for this position, we prefer a minimum of 6 months of Residential or Commercial Pool Cleaner experience.
• Willingness and ability to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Proficiency with electronic communication and various devices.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, even in extreme temperatures.
• Comfortable and able to manage a workload of 8 - 12 pools per day.
