Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, TX is seeking a Pool Cleaner to perform high-quality pool and spa maintenance with excellent customer service. The role requires 6 months of pool cleaning experience and a valid driver's license; training includes potential to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).

Compensation includes training pay, plus benefits and opportunities through our growing Texas network.

• Proficiency with electronic communication and various devices
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable managing a workload of 8–12 pools per day

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors, balance chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to high standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a professional attitude and positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Pool Cleaner!

First-year Potential: $40k - $60k based on performance

Training Pay: ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: M - F (occasional Saturday*)

Hours: start to finish job, so depends on last job completed

What You'll Bring:
