Job summary

Blue Water Adventures is seeking an Operations Leader to supervise daily pool and beach operations at our resort in Key Largo, FL. You will lead pool attendants, coordinate shifts, and ensure exceptional guest service and safety.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work outdoors and swim. Training and development are provided to support team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Good command of English for guest interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior guest relations or training preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Ability to swim.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool and beach operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing.
• Supervise attendants, coordinate shifts, and maintain staffing coverage.
• Enforce guest wristband regulations and safety policies.
• Address guest requests and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and equipment safety.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Recreation, Engineering, and Housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
