Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, Florida is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Food Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will clear and reset tables, assist with service sequence, and maintain pristine station setup to ensure a smooth operation.

About The Role

The Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

What You Will Do

• Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest.
• Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silverware, and paper goods for service; fill salt, pepper shakers, replenish sugars., prepare bread service Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.

What You Bring
