Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, Surfside near Miami Beach, seeks a Private Club Server to deliver exceptional beverage and dining experiences to Private Club members.

You will anticipate members’ needs, upsell menu options, and uphold service standards in a luxurious resort setting. Part-time schedule includes mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.

About The Role

The Private Club Server provides exceptional quality and service to Private Club members. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the members' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
