Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist for our Commercial Aquatics team.

You will provide expert technical support for CAT Controllers and related commercial products, troubleshooting water chemistry issues and supporting sales and service teams on-site and in the field. Ideal candidates have deep understanding of pH, ORP, sanitization, and automated control systems, with a CPO certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of swimming pool water chemistry: pH, ORP, sanitization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Hayward CAT Controllers and Commercial Aquatics products via phone, email, and on-site.
• Troubleshoot water chemistry issues related to pH, ORP, and sanitization systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
