Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Pool Attendant for approximately 20-30 hours per week at Larking Village in Joliet, IL. This summer position runs from June 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025, with shifts available throughout the week, including weekends, from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily Pool Logs
• Ensure all persons in the pool area have a community pass
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the pool or residents
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Respond courteously and efficiently to residents and visitors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to enforce rules clearly and constructively
• Strong organizational skills
