Marquette Management, Inc. (www.marquettemanagement.com), one of the nation's most innovative residential property management companies, is seeking a Pool Attendant in Bensenville, IL. This is a part-time, seasonal position, 20-30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $15/hour.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct opening, monitoring, and closing duties of the pool.
2. Clean bathrooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
3. Check pool water pH levels and report irregularities immediately.
4. Skim the pool to clean the surface.
5. Set up and take down umbrellas.
6. Check pool passes as residents enter.
7. Keep the pool deck clean of garbage and debris.
8. Water the plants on the pool deck.
9. Ensure all tools are put away when not in use.
10. Monitor behavior on the pool deck and in the pool, addressing any conduct violations.
11. Note any service requests or needed supplies.
12. Report emergency service requests.
13. Life guard/CPR certifications are not required.
