Qualifications

Reporting to the Community Manager, the Seasonal Part-Time Pool attendant is responsible for overseeing the Pool and focusing on customer service. The Pool Attendant provides positive impressions of the community to residents and prospects to enhance curb appeal.

Essential Job Functions:

• Exhibit strong commitment to customer service needs.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Follow and maintain exterior preventative maintenance schedules.
• Perform open/close checklist.
• Enforce no alcohol or glass in the pool area.
• Enforce capacity limits in pool areas.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for the Pool.
• Inspect the Pool daily to remove trash, debris, and lost items.

Events/Activities:

• Assist with scheduled activities and events.

Customer Service:

• Enforce all company rules and regulations politely.
• Put up closure signs as weather requires.
• Handle customer service issues within 24 hours.

Communication/Accountability:

• Adhere to work schedule and ensure coverage.
• Inform management of supply or equipment needs.
• Fill out and submit timesheets daily.

Safety Program:

• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain safety training and stay updated.

Professionalism:

• Wear uniforms daily.
• Store equipment properly each night.
