Our guests can enjoy a casual meal in Tarpon House Restaurant or Courtside Steakhouse, have drinks and tapas either in Charley's Cabana Bar or Cove Pool Bar/Restaurant, or have a romantic sunset cruise in our Sanibel Harbour Princess Yacht. What You Will Be Doing

• Supervision of staff – train, schedule and meet the daily task needs.
• Ensure associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
• Actively communicate with the back of house for smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Report any safety or health concerns.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns or needs.
• Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Ability to effectively supervise associates.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
