Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole offers a poolside guest services role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, assist with seating and explain amenities, while ensuring a polished, friendly experience at the pool and outdoor dining spaces.

Responsibilities include delivering kitchen orders, supplying towels and menus, and maintaining a pristine pool area in alignment with Four Seasons standards across flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Capability to uphold Four Seasons service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet, and seat guests while explaining our amenities.
• Offer towels, water, and menus to all guests at the pool.
• Deliver food from the main kitchen to pool side.
• Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and towel stations.
• Learn Four Seasons Sequence of Service and work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

• We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Greet, and seat guests while explaining our amenities.
• Offer towels, water, and menus to all guests at the pool.
• Deliver food from the main kitchen to pool side.
• Offer guests of the pool an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area by removing dirty towels, refilling clean towel stations, and performing general cleaning duties.
• The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
