Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure pristine locker rooms, flawless guest experiences, and seamless spa operations. You will set up and maintain spa refreshments, assist guests with inquiries, and work with the team to keep treatment areas ready and welcoming.

The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with guests, delivering high hospitality, and is able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, answering their questions, and delivering an unparalleled level of service in a serene setting.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Professionalism and a passion for beauty and wellness

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the Spa locker rooms are well maintained and that the guests’ experience is flawless.
• Set-up and maintain spa refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and spa lobby.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Retrieves, delivers, and sets-up all spa supplies, including linen and amenities.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed.
• Assist the Spa team with daily tasks, including but not limited to stocking the spa, directing guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
