Pool Attendant (Security)

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with marina members and guests while ensuring the safety of those in and around the pool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool.
2. Open and close the pool each day.
3. Greet customers as they enter the pool area.
4. Ensure the safety of patrons in and around the pool.
5. Represent the marina professionally.
6. Communicate and enforce all pool rules in a personable manner.
7. Respond to emergencies and provide First Aid as needed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. Work weekday and weekend hours, including holidays and weekends.

Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete related training. Wear proper personal protective equipment as required. Report all accidents, injuries, spills, and near misses immediately.

Technical and Physical Requirements

• Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED & First Aid certification (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends.
