Who We Need

Barkan Management is seeking a Pool Attendant role for a condominium community in Warwick, RI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our residents and guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

What You’ll Do

• Monitoring of pool deck and terrace to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure there is only a certain number of individuals in the pool area in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain hourly attendance records while on duty.
• Sanitize railing and high touch points.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Add water to pools, as needed
• Sweep and/or Rinse off pool deck, and pool furniture, as needed
• Arrange pool furniture neatly
• Skim top of pool as needed
