Position Summary
Performs public safety and recreational work supervising, swimming, and enforcing regulations at a hotel pool, as well as providing for the guests' comfort.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be shared and feedback provided during performance reviews.
Required Education and Experience: Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; prior pool attendant experience.
License/Certifications: Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and complete CPR training.
Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing, crawling, standing, walking, and other movements listed. Duties are performed indoors and outdoors, subject to weather and potential hazards.
