Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field or equivalent military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience leading projects, formulating and commercializing rigid foam polyurethane products.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Designs value-creating solutions for customer problems within defined scope and impact.
• Develops hypotheses, plans and executes experiments, interprets results, and adjusts hypotheses.
• Provides technical support for trials and scale-up of Dow products at customer locations.
• Collaborates across research, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing teams.
• Generates data to support intellectual capital and protects Dow’s IP with customers.
• Represents Dow Polyurethanes in external professional organizations and stays current on tech trends.
• Documents work in internal reports and presentations.
