Dow has an exciting opportunity for an experienced polyurethane formulator in rigid foams to join our product and application development team as a Technical Service and Development Scientist at Dow’s Polyurethanes Business Headquarters in Marietta, GA.
You will lead technical interactions with customers to understand their needs and collaborate across technical, commercial and manufacturing functions to deliver solutions and provide technical knowledge on the use, handling and management of Dow
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience leading projects and formulating/ commercializing rigid foam polyurethanes.
- Legal work status in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
Responsabilidades
- Designs value-creating solutions for customer problems within defined scope.
- Develops hypotheses, plans and experiments, interprets results, updates hypotheses.
- Provides technical support for trials and scale-up of Dow products at customer sites.
- Collaborates across research, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing.
- Documents work in internal reports and presentations.
