Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D activities in a laboratory setting. You will guide laboratory teams, oversee project execution, and help ensure that research is conducted safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage data collection, and optimize instruments and procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading research or project management in a laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of polymers and laboratory instrumentation.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP/CGMP and FDA regulations; regulatory compliance experience may be preferred.
• Experience in microbiology or molecular biology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects from planning through data collection and analysis in a lab.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure consistent use of procedures and instruments.
• Oversee documentation and LIMS operations.
• Collaborate across functions to communicate findings and support development goals.
