Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D activities in a laboratory setting. You will guide laboratory teams, oversee project execution, and ensure that research complies with GLP, GMP, and FDA regulations in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage projects from planning to data collection, coordinate priorities, and communicate findings across functions to support strategic development decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading laboratory teams in a research setting.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with polymers and laboratory instruments.
• Knowledge of GLP/GMP and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data collection and R&D activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects from planning through data collection and analysis.
• Supervise laboratory staff and enforce standard procedures and instrument use.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and LIMS.
