Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D efforts in a laboratory setting, guiding teams and overseeing project execution to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant research.

You will communicate findings across functions, manage data collection and analysis, and maintain documentation in LIMS while driving high-quality results for informed development decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing laboratory teams in a research setting.
• Strong management and project management skills with cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of polymers and laboratory procedures/data collection.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CGMP, FDA regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, histology, clinical lab work, or clinical trials is a plus.
• Microsoft Office skills are useful.

Responsabilités

• Manage research projects from planning through data collection and analysis, coordinating priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure consistent use of laboratory procedures, techniques, and instruments.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and LIMS.
• Partner across functions to communicate findings, address project needs, and support R&D goals.
• Impact: strengthen research quality and regulatory compliance to support sound development decisions.
