Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D activities in our lab setting. You will guide laboratory teams, oversee project execution, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all research activities.

You will manage projects, supervise staff, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align findings with development goals. Knowledge of polymers and GLP/GMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading laboratory teams in a research setting.
• Strong management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of polymers and laboratory techniques.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CGMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, histology or clinical trials is a plus.
• Proficiency with data collection and laboratory instruments.

• Manage research projects from planning through data collection and analysis.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure proper procedures and instrument use.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and LIMS.
