Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead development in a laboratory setting. You will guide project teams, manage timelines, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data collection and analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders to advance research and development goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading laboratory teams in a research setting.
• Strong management, project planning, analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of polymers and laboratory techniques, data collection, and R&D experience.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CGMP, FDA regulations and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience with laboratory instruments, procedures, and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from planning through data collection and analysis, coordinating priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure consistent use of procedures and instruments.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and LIMS management.
• Partner across functions to communicate findings and support R&D goals.
• Enhance research quality and regulatory compliance to support development decisions.
