Job summary

Ronald Mark Associates in Hillside, NJ is seeking a hands-on Technical Manager to lead R&D, guide product development, and work across manufacturing, sales, and customers.

You will mentor a technical team, coordinate lab testing, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and develop SOPs to elevate quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in polymer processing, technical textiles, or coatings.
• Experience leading R&D, product development, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with ISO, ASTM, and AS/NZ standards.

• Technical strategy driving new product development and continuous improvement.
• R&D progress through testing, reporting, and hands-on experimentation.
• Customer & sales support for complex technical challenges, including site visits.

• Familiarity with ISO, ASTM, AS/NZ standards
