Job summary

A.W. Chesterton Company is seeking a Value Stream Product Manager to lead a multi-function team across a multi-cell production operation.

You will drive waste elimination, speed enhancements, and ensure customer requirements are met while mentoring supervisors and aligning activities with the Plan-to-Win strategy. Responsibilities include establishing production targets, implementing SQDIP metrics, and maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience with supervision responsibility.
• Experience implementing lean and Six Sigma tools to improve performance.
• Strong ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Sets production center goals aligned with the Value Stream Plan-to-Win strategy.
• Implements SQDIP metrics and real-time adjustments to improve performance.
• Drives safety, quality, delivery and cost in a multi-cell/multi-shift operation.
• Leads high-performing teams and maintains accountability across supervisors.
• Manages production center expenses including COGs and capex.
